The article analyses the concept of global competence and its main components with further integration into curriculum based on experience United States America. works foreign researchers were thoroughly studied using methods analysis synthesis. Based definition there distinguished three basic which are knowledge understanding, skills, attitudes values. A list elements constitute these presented. mentioned include one’s own history, norms traditions; understanding issues connection between local social, economic political processes; language proficiency; analytical critical thinking skills; intercultural communication appreciation cultural differences; responsibility includes valuing human dignity diversity. Using systematic approach matrix was constructed. Taking account all matrix, identified key that can be used for educating young specialists at Ukrainian higher educational institutions. such as historical events, awareness, similarities differences, derived. choice cognitive nature competences their possible assessment. results obtained to improve education in Ukraine.
